The basics
- These are research compounds. They are not approved medicines.
- Nothing on this site is medical advice.
- Have a health problem or take any medication? Talk to a doctor first.
Storage
- Dry powder: keep it cold and out of the light. It lasts a long time.
- Mixed liquid: keep it in the fridge and use it within about 4 weeks.
- Write the mixing date on the vial the day you mix it.
- Never freeze a mixed vial.
Clean handling
Same four steps, every single time:
- Wash your hands.
- Wipe the rubber top with an alcohol swab. Every time, not just the first time.
- Use a brand new needle for each draw and each injection.
- Never share a vial, needle, or syringe with anyone.
Starting low
- Start at the lowest dose in the range.
- Stay there for at least one week.
- Change only one thing at a time.
- If you feel fine, then think about going up.
If you start two things on the same day, you will not know which one caused a reaction.
Common side effects
These are usually mild and fade in a few days:
- Redness, itching, or a small lump where you injected
- A warm or flushed feeling for a few minutes
- Feeling tired in the first week
- Puffy hands or tingling on growth hormone peptides
- Upset stomach, low appetite, or constipation on fat loss peptides
When to stop
Stop and call a doctor
- Trouble breathing, a swollen face or throat, or a spreading rash
- Chest pain, or a heart rate that will not settle down
- Spreading redness, heat, or pus where you injected
- Vomiting that will not stop, or bad stomach pain
- Fainting or confusion
